Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Strength Comes from Life. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and that's why we have a return policy in place to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Returns
Please inspect your carefully order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving your package at strengthcomesfromlife@gmail.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at strengthcomesfromlife@gmail.com to arrange for a refund or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on crystals, jewelry, accessories, sunglasses, hair accessories, purses, bags, bath items, seasonal items, candles and any other items for final sale are noted.

Exchanges
In love with your item, but need a different size? All merchandise can be exchanged for any product in the store, for equal or greater value! Items being exchanged, must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused. Shipping is non-refundableOnce we receive your exchange or return, we will inspect it carefully and notify you that we have received it. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging any items. Refunds are for store credit only.  We cannot issue a refund or cancel an order if items are in transit. Please make sure that you double check to make sure that your shipping address is correct to prevent any issues with delivery. We must receive the returned or exchanged merchandise within 10 business days of us issuing a return or exchange authorization. Once items are received by us, we will carefully inspect all items in order to issue a store credit for any refunds or exchange any items. We will assign a tracking number to every order that is shipped. If you encounter any issues, please contact us before filing a claim, so that we can assist you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at strengthcomesfromlife@gmail.com. Please note, shipping is non-refundable.
